The Buddhas Of Bamyan were two 6th-century monumental statues of Gautama Buddha carved into the side of a cliff in the Bamyan valley. Mosque Band-e Amir National Park
Band-e Amir National Park is located in the Bamyan Province of central Afghanistan.It is a series of six deep
blue lakes separated by natural dams made of travertine, a mineral deposit.
The lakes are situated in the Hindu Kush mountains at approximately 3000 m of elevation, west of the famous Buddhas of Bamiyan. The site of Band-e Amir has been described as Afghanistan's Grand Canyon, and draws thousands of tourists a year. The river is part of the system of the Balkh River. Efforts to make Band-e Amir a national park started in the 1970s, but were then put on hold due to the wars. In April 2009, Band-e Amir was finally declared Afghanistan's first national park.
As of 2018, about 14000 local tourists visit the Band-e Amir

Mazār-e Sharīf
Mazār-i-Sharīf which is also
commonly referred as Mazār-e Sharīf is the fourth largest city of Afghanistan. In

The Minaret of Jam
The Minaret of Jam is a
UNESCO World Heritage Site in western Afghanistan. It is definitely not the
easiest of the place to explore because of the remoteness of the location.
Found in Shahrak District, 62-metre high minaret was built around 1190 entirely
of baked bricks and is famous for its intricate brick, stucco and glazed tile
decoration, which consists of alternating bands of kufic and naskhi
calligraphy, geometric patterns, and verses from the Qur'an.
